04 Returns & Refunds
14-day return for unused products in original packaging. Custom/Used/Repairs non-refundable unless faulty. See full policy.
05 Device Repairs
Diagnostics required. Costs notified beforehand. Not responsible for data loss—please back up. Warranty on invoice.
06 Trade-In Services
Condition must match description. Value adjusted after inspection. Legal ownership required. Payouts via bank/credit.
