This policy applies only to online purchases made through https://doctorgadgets.co.uk. Returns for in-store purchases are handled separately by individual store locations.

01 Returns Eligibility

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products within 30 days of delivery if:

• Unused & original condition
• Original accessories & packaging
• Proof of purchase provided

03 Faulty or Incorrect

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with evidence. We offer repair, replacement, or full refund. Return shipping is fully covered by Dr. Gadgets.

We provide Free Return Shipping for both faulty items and change-of-mind returns via a downloadable label.

07. Exchanges

Available for same or alternative products, or store credit. Subject to stock.

Repair services and trade-in payments are non-refundable once finalized.
